The Laroom Store accepts any Credit Card (registered under “safe commerce”) as a payment method for all the orders on the internet. We also accept payments via Pay Pal (paypal.com)

Is my personal information safe?

The information provided by the user through the contact form or when placing any order with us will be used soley to respond the questions indicated by the user and to manage these orders properly. This data will in no case be provided to other people / companies and will not be used for any other purpose.

 

 


Shipping

How will I receive my order?

You will receive the order in the shipping adress that you have specified during the ordering process. If you’re not at home when deliverying the parcel, a note will be left so you can go to the nearest office and pick it up, or you will receive a call at the telephone that you indicated to re-arrange a second delivery time.

Transport

 

When will I receive my order?

You will receive the order in 4 to 8 working days, depending on your location. (For international shipments that lead time can be longer). *Orders from July 28th to August 18th will be shipped on August 22nd due to summer holidays. Don’t call or send any e-mail before these 8 days, since your parcel is probably on the way. If you have not received any news from Laroom, it means that everything is all right and the parcel is on its way.

 

What are the shipping costs?

For all orders within the European Union (canary islands not included), shipping cost is always free. There is a minimum order requirement however of 30€ per order.

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

It will be sent together with the order.

 

What happens if there is any damaged product in the order?

If you receive a deffective product, you must inform Laroom about it, sending a clear picture of the deffect, in the next 48 hours of receiving it. We check every single product before sending them to our customers, so everything should be fine unless there is a problem during transportation, however let us know if something is not right.
